Sanjit Bhattacharya has 20 year’s experience as an entrepreneur. He began his career multi-level marketing and moved into real estate in 2000 as a partner in the Horizons Group. In 2004 he established his own homebuilding company, STK Construction LLC.
In 2007 he started his Oil and Gas company. He is currently the President of Red Stone Resources LLC, STK Construction LLC, Affinity Investments LLC, JDM Developments LLC, and Arzoo & Associates LLC. He is also the president of Stonebriar Development 67 LLC and Elegance in Stone. He is also the Chief Operating Officer for Shakti Energy LLC and STK Financials LLC. Sanjit has a degree in Business Administration from Cameron University.
Dr. T. K. Bhattacharya has spent 48 years in finance, accounting, marketing and management positions and he is currently focused in the real estate and energy fields. He began his career as a management trainee in DCM, a conglomerate in India in 1967. He subsequently worked the German firm BOSCH’s subsidiary in India and was head of Sales and Service for Eastern India. He then spent 20 years as a Professor of Finance at Cameron University in Lawton, Oklahoma where he also chaired the Business Department and established and directed the Business Research Center.
T.K. is currently the President of STK Financials LLC, Shakti Energy LLC, and Everest Homes LLC. T. K. has a degree in Mechanical Engineering from IIT Varanasi, India, and a Ph. D. in Finance from the University of Oklahoma. He is also a Chartered Financial Analyst.
Ean brings to STK over 25 years of construction, construction management, and general management experience to the STK team. Staring as a framer in 1991 and owning a landscaping company for over 20 years Ean continued in the new home industry as a loan originator and manager in the mortgage industry. Starting in early 2008 he returned to construction building new homes and has never left! Ean brings a vast amount of experience knowledge to the team and looks forward to a bright future with STK.

Debra is the STK Homes Purchasing Manager. She has over 20 years’ experience in the commercial and residential construction industry in the field and management positions, starting as a laborer and moving into the management positions. Debra uses her field and purchasing experience to work with the entire STK team to help build a quality home. She manages the purchasing department as well as works with Drafting/Design, Construction Field Team, Trade Partners, and the Sales Team.

Kelli is our Lead Designer. Kelli attended the University of Oklahoma for Architecture and Oklahoma State University for Construction Management. Kelli has worked on large scale commercial projects like Walt Disney’s Animal Kingdom, a Ritz Carlton in Vail, local churches, and small retail spaces. Kelli has designed and built many homes, ranging from 200k up to 4 million dollars for builders across the metro. Through Kelli’s 30-year experience, she is responsible for designing and working with our homebuyers to ensure selections and interiors are complete.
“I have extensive knowledge in estimating and building systems. I love keeping up with new and upcoming materials to make STK Homes more energy efficient and sustainable. My goal is to keep our product new and trendy while being efficient at the same time.”
Gabby is our in-house Closing Coordinator. After studying communications at Rose State College, she went on to become a Sales team Manager and Trainer. Gabby moved into the banking industry where she fell in love with Mortgage Lending and Real estate. She acquired three years of Mortgage Serving experience with local and national lenders. Gabby uses her sales and mortgage experience to work in close contact with STK’s sales team so that transactions are handled efficiently. Gabby’s goal is to not only be successful in coordinating home closings, but also make this process stress-free for our homebuyers.

Madison McFarland is our Marketing Coordinator. After receiving her graphic design certification in May of 2019 from Moore Norman Technology Center, she went on to pursue her bachelor’s degree at the University of Central Oklahoma. While going to school she worked as an assistant project manager for a local home builder while managing their social media marketing needs. In addition, she freelanced as a graphic designer, creating logos for several local businesses. Madison recently graduated in May of 2022 with a Bachelor of Arts in Strategic Communications and a Minor in Business Administration. Madison started as an intern during her senior year with STK and upon graduating started her career as their marketing coordinator. Madison’s goal is to not only help grow the STK brand through smart marketing strategies, but to also showcase that STK provides a stress-free homebuying experience to its customers.

Kevin is our Area Field Manager. Kevin brings 20 years of construction knowledge to the STK team. 3 of those years he was a project manager for a commercial development company. During that time he managed and oversaw the development and construction of over $100 million dollars worth of commercial construction projects from build to suits for major retailers here in Oklahoma to remodeling strip malls across the Midwest. Kevin has spent 17 years in residential construction as either a builder or owner and operator of different construction company. The most recent role of his, before joining the STK team, was managing and operating the largest new construction roofing company in the state.
Kellie is our Warranty Assistant. Kellie has worked in the construction industry for just over a decade. Starting in residential HVAC, moving on to specialty roofing, and advancing into CM/GC. She is excited to learn more about the home building process with STK Homes. Through building relationships with trade partners and the homeowners themselves, she has a well-established ability to liaison between the two to ensure that your warranty items are completed.
